Estriol (the weakest form of estrogen and highest at pregnancy) works best for me and my skin. As soon as I added estradiol, I noticed a bit of melasma starting to develop. I did this for one month and stopped because I know my body. I am absolutely a no go on topical estradiol.
I’d love for you to think about this…doesn’t everyone say you have a “pregnancy glow” when you’re pregnant? And you often are referred to as radiant? Makes sense that estriol is high, doesn’t it? Good connection.
